Rio Rancho Lot Clearing is built around practical land clearing, straightforward communication, and respect for the New Mexico properties we work on. We help local owners make their lots easier to access, maintain, and use.
Founder Daniel Chavez grew up in central New Mexico, where open land, construction, and the desert landscape were familiar parts of everyday life. As a young man, he spent time helping relatives with property upkeep and became interested in the equipment and planning involved in working on difficult ground. Later, while working around construction and property cleanup projects, he saw how much difference careful vegetation clearing could make for owners trying to maintain or improve their land.
Daniel started Rio Rancho Lot Clearing with the goal of offering a focused local service. He wanted owners to have someone who would listen to their plans, explain the clearing process, and avoid unnecessary work. Rio Rancho became the natural base for that approach because of its mix of growing neighborhoods, vacant parcels, and properties that require ongoing vegetation management.
Today, the company is shaped by Daniel's practical approach and a small team that shares his respect for local land. Miguel Ortega brings hands-on equipment and site preparation experience, while Elena Martinez helps keep customer communication and scheduling organized. Together, they focus on clear expectations, appropriate clearing methods, and treating each property as its own project.
We focus on Vacant Lot Clearing, Residential Lot Clearing, Brush Removal, Skid Steer Land Clearing, and Overgrown Lot Cleanup. Each service has its own page so you can see exactly what is involved before you call.
We are based around Rio Rancho and serve NM, including Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo, Albuquerque, and Placitas.
We recommend clearing based on the property and the owner's goals, not on removing more vegetation than necessary.
We explain the work, limitations, and costs in straightforward language so owners understand what they are requesting.
We consider soil, vegetation, drainage, access, and surrounding features before deciding how to clear.
We believe in defined work scopes, careful planning, and addressing questions directly throughout a project.
Meet the people who answer the phone and do the work on our Meet the Team page, or see how to join us on our Careers page.
Tell us where your property is, how much land needs attention, and what you want cleared. We will help you understand the next step.
