Rio Rancho Lot Clearing is built around a small, practical team with a shared understanding of central New Mexico properties. We value clear communication, careful equipment operation, and treating customers' land with respect.
Daniel grew up in central New Mexico and developed his interest in land clearing through property maintenance and construction-related work. He founded Rio Rancho Lot Clearing to give local owners a straightforward way to address overgrown land. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with family and exploring the open landscapes around the Sandia Mountains.
Miguel has a practical background in equipment operation, site cleanup, and working around the challenging ground conditions found in New Mexico. He pays particular attention to access routes, obstacles, and choosing methods that fit the job. On weekends, he enjoys working on older trucks and spending time outdoors with his family.
Elena helps property owners organize the details that make a clearing project easier to plan, including location information, access instructions, and project priorities. Raised in the Albuquerque area, she values clear communication and helping customers understand what happens next. Away from work, she enjoys local markets, family gatherings, and New Mexico cooking.
We start by listening. Before discussing equipment or scheduling, we want to know what the property owner needs, which areas should be cleared, and what features should remain. We review the available information and explain what additional details may be needed to prepare a useful estimate.
Once the scope is agreed upon, we focus on carrying out the clearing with attention to access, terrain, vegetation, and debris handling. We believe a good result begins with clear expectations and ends with a property owner who understands what work was completed and what maintenance may be needed in the future.
