Careers
Interested in hands-on outdoor work in central New Mexico? Rio Rancho Lot Clearing values people who take safety seriously, communicate clearly, and respect customers' property. The roles below describe the kinds of positions that may support our work. They are not a statement of current openings, and compensation, schedules, and benefits would be confirmed for any actual vacancy.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing lot clearing properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in lot clearing or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
